Jeanette Giddens is the founder of Parallax Studio, a strategic inquiry consultancy dedicated to advancing rigorous, design-forward project-based learning in independent education communities.

With over a decade of experience teaching across middle school, elementary, gifted, and junior high technology programs in Washington State and Arizona, Jeanette has led interdisciplinary curriculum design grounded in systems thinking, inquiry architecture, and structured creativity. Her academic background in International Studies and Economics from Seattle University, along with K–8 certification from the University of Washington, informs her cross-disciplinary approach to learning design.

Jeanette’s professional work includes instructional leadership, National Junior Honor Society advisement, and advanced training in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), project-based learning frameworks, co-teaching models, and Guided Language Acquisition and Development (GLAD). These experiences shape her belief that rigor and imagination are not opposites—but partners in cultivating strategic thinkers.

Through Parallax Studio, she partners with microschools and independent educators to architect elevated inquiry experiences that challenge students to peel back complexity, examine systems, and design responsibly.
